Haqqanis – the New Al Qaeda ?

by on Oct.26, 2011, under The General Pursuit

According to Dr. Paul Craig Roberts, the Haqqani Network is the new Al Quaeda. From a recent article on LewRockwell.com, which proclaims the war on terror to be the hoax that it truly is:

With the “terrorist threat” and Al Qaeda deflated with President Obama’s alleged assassination of its leader, Osama bin Laden, who was left unprotected and unarmed by his “worldwide terrorist organization,” Washington has come up with a new bogeyman – the Haqqanis.

John Glaser reports that, according to anonymous CIA officials, US Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Mike Mullen “exaggerated” the case against the Haqqani insurgent group when he claimed, setting up a US invasion of Pakistan, that the Haqqanis were an operating arm of the Pakistan government’s secret service, the ISI. Adm. Mullen is now running from his “exaggeration,” an euphemism for a lie. His aid Captain John Kirby said that Mullen’s “accusations were designed to influence the Pakistanis to crack down on the Haqqani Network.” In other words, the Pakistanis should kill more of their own people to save the Americans the trouble.

If you don’t know what the Haqqani Network is, don’t be surprised. You never heard of Al Qaeda prior to 9/11. The US government creates whatever new bogeymen and incidents are necessary to further the neoconservative agenda of world hegemony and higher profits for the armaments industry.

Dr. Roberts is a former associate editor of the Wall St. Journal as well as a former Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury in the Reagan Administration, and was a co-founder of Reaganomics.

NATO War on Libya About Water ?

by on Oct.14, 2011, under The General Pursuit

Why the hell is NATO in Libya? Could it be that Libya’s engineering of a great water system was interfering with elitist plans to control that resource world wide?

PRAVDA.RU reports on July 23rd, 2011:

A NATO terrorist attack has hit a water pipes factory in al-Brega, murdering six guards, this being the factory which makes pipes for the great man-made irrigation system across the desert which brings water to seventy percent of Libyan homes, according to sources in Libya. The factory was hit after the water supply network was destroyed on Friday.

July 22 2011. A date for humanity to remember. NATO hit the Libyan water supply pipeline. It will take months to repair. Then on Saturday they hit the pipeline factory producing pipes to repair it.

The elite love killing two (or more) birds with one stone – Is there any doubt where AFRICOM will be headquartered in the future? Stuttgart, Germany – enjoy the AFRICOM yanks while you can – they won’t likely be there much longer.

60 Minutes Japanese Disaster Brainwash

by on Oct.02, 2011, under The General Pursuit

On Sunday October 2nd, 60 minutes ran a feel good story on the tsunami that destroyed a small Japanese city, highlighting the suffering and strength of those who vow to rebuild the leveled town. Click here for the heartwarming, hope filled story.

The takeaway from this story is that the worst has passed in Japan, and that things are getting better since the earthquake/tsunami combo that hit the island in the spring of 2011.

Ask yourself why CBS didn’t do a story on the real problem in Japan . . . radiation from Fukushima nuclear reactor meltdowns. Meltdowns worse than Chernobyl.

From the September 25, 2011 Scientific American:

Some 300,000 children remain in radioactive zones in Fukushima, according to Sachiko Sato. She and her children were in New York City to protest a United Nations event on the safety of nuclear power. Some Fukushima children—and their parents—were actually evacuated from towns with relatively low radiation levels to places with higher levels. That error was due to incomplete information on radiation hotspots from all levels of Japanese government in the wake of the meltdowns at Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.

Sachiko Sato says “the scenery in Fukushima is as beautiful as last year but all over us is radiation.” She adds, “can you understand the pain of farmers who have to abandon the land they have cared for?”

The dangers of nuclear energy are kept from the consciousness of the American people through media tricks like this. By not shining light on the real problem (food and water in Japan has dangerously high radiation levels) – instead giving you a warm fuzzy feeling about a related but completely different disaster – the manipulating mainstream media has once again preyed on the minds of many Americans.

The facts are out there, just as they are in many many cases, for people to research and draw conclusions on. But it is so much easier to be told what is important, and to be made to feel how you feel about it. JFK called it the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought. I call it brainwashing. And it is thriving in the United States as we gear up for the “election” year.
